Surrealistic Theme

For my surreal photomontage I would like to do a nature theme. I really like to tie the outsides with art. I feel like there is a more real feeling to it. That is why I choose Vladimir Kush as a artist  because his work ties in with nature. I got my ideas from him for my next two pictures.

Photo #1 is a double exposure photo I took a picture of my model and a photo of a japanese cherry blossoms tree and blended them together.

Photo #2 is work from Vladimir Kush, I named it "love on the beach." it's two people in love on the beach watching the sunset but instead of the sun he used lips making it surreal.

Surrealist Artist Inspiration

Vladimir Kush (born 1965) is a Russian born surrealist painter and sculptor. He studied at the Surikov Moscow Art Institute, and after several years working as an artist in Moscow, his native city, he emigrated to the United States, eventually establishing his own gallery on the island of Maui in Hawaii. His oil paintings are also sold asgiclĂ©e prints which contributed to his popularity and led to the establishment of further galleries in Laguna Beach, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2011 Kush won the First Prize in Painting at the Artistes du Monde international exhibition in Cannes.
